My guess is that electric razors don't use that much juice, but maybe I'm wrong. I do try to turn the water off at least part of the time while shaving. I probably could do better about that. BTW, the double edge razors beat the heck out of Turbos, and at 1/5 the price. Maybe I'll try putting some water in the sink, and then turning off the faucet until I'm finished. I thought it would be better for the environment to not use as much water, so I bought a rechargeable electric razor. Not the best shave (I still end up touching up with the Mach 3s), but thought I was doing a good thing. Then I heard an environmentalist the other day trying to get people to give up a list of things, including "electric razors." Which is worse? Using electricity or more water?
